Saved by ice cream

After our ravenous journey from Tiong Bahru to Punggol in which i gave at least 2 salah 'turn right' directions..hee....my dear princess was starting to cry murder if she didn't get some food into her royal tummy....thankfully when it comes to food Casa FatDix never fails to live up to expectations.....black sesame ice cream from island cremary to the rescue! (can see princess very much satisfied at this point...so i could thankfully drink my liang teh-Fata's special brew... with peace of mind...)

25 mins too late...

Didn't wanna write this at first but then whatz a blog for anyways...thks ws for reminding me ;)

The other night i worked late...left work like 9.20...called for a cab......freaking 25mins on my mobile and still couldn't get a cab....tried like all the cab companies i have on my phone list...had at least 2 recorded voices tell me :"sorry, there are no taxis available currently, please try again later." And at least one fren who said "err...i'm in jurong.." so that didn't help much since i worked in CBD area.....As reluctant as i was, i finally "CBTL" hadta take mrt home. Basically ruined my mood for at least 2 days. Scrowled the rest of the journey home and the whole of the next work day...

So much has been said in the press about how tough it is for cabbies nowadays...then can somebody explain to me why it always almost next to impossible to catch a cab at 10 plus at night? I know it's their dinner time but c'mon!!! nooooooooo cabs??? in the whole of our teeny weeny island??? It's frustrating.

Oh and since i'm on a roll here ranting and raving.....i left work at 1opm last nite....even missed out on catching the geisha show....not good for the mood....and physically tiring ....i need a big big raise and a chauffeur and a car....toto/4D here i come...

Back from reunion dinner...had some good laughs playing a variation of charades with the family...

My dear cousin just told me he's popped the question and will be getting married this year...so happy for him...asked him how big was the carat? he say no need to buy...just a wedding band will do for her....told him he's one lucky dude to which he nodded his head furiously in agreement.

Didn't i just say i had a feeling this would be a good year? =)

let's see...recap for the mth of Jan..start of the year...well....
I ended 2005 and started 2006 diving so i'd say itz a darn good start...

Today's the eve of cheena new year...got a feeling this year's gonna be great...! After all the pooch is my fav animal...hmm..wonder when will i ever keep a goldie...or spitz oso can...
Grateful for my friends and family, couldn't have made it through all these years without ya...

Aiming for more $ this year so that can go out and get more toys and go on more holidays..!!! A good friend said :"Money ain't everythg but it sure helps lots!"....truer words were never spoken...
I'm hoping ang pow collections are good this year..i just ordered myself the ipod nano...a treat for all the hardwork!
